3. Customer and Provider Data
Gadzira operates a dual-sided marketplace. Customers see provider profiles, bids, and ratings. Providers see customer names, general locations, and service details. This transparency is necessary to establish trust and allow competitive bidding.
4. Location Data
Location data is vital for Gadzira's core bidding functionality. We collect location data to show providers nearby jobs and show customers where providers are located. You can restrict location sharing via your device settings, but doing so will severely limit the platform's utility.

Our app features real-time chat. Messages exchanged are processed and stored on our secure servers to ensure they are delivered, and they may be audited by Gadzira support in the event of a dispute, fraud report, or safety concern.
6. Payment and Commission Information
Gadzira does not process card transactions or hold cash payments within the app; customers pay providers directly. We only track provider commission balances in the in-app wallet. Commission deductions occur automatically upon customer confirmation of service completion.
7. Data Sharing
Gadzira does not sell personal data to third parties. We share information only with your consent or as required to complete transactions (e.g., sharing a customer's location and name with the accepted provider). We may also share data with third-party service providers who assist us with hosting, notification delivery, and analytics under strict confidentiality agreements.
