Account Deletion

If you wish to stop using Gadzira, you can easily request the deletion of your user account and all associated personal data using the instructions below.

1. Delete your account from the app

The easiest and fastest way to delete your account is directly within the Gadzira mobile app.

Open the Gadzira App

Launch the Gadzira mobile app on your registered iOS or Android device.

Go to Profile or Settings

Tap the Menu or Settings tab and navigate to your user Profile settings.

Select Delete Account

Find and select the 'Delete Account' option located at the bottom of settings.

Confirm Your Request

Confirm your decision. Your account deletion request will be processed immediately.

2. Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the Gadzira app, you can submit a formal account deletion request to our support team via email.

Required details to include in your email:

  • Full name
  • Registered email address or phone number
  • Whether you are a customer, provider, or both
  • Short confirmation that you want to delete the account

Data that may be deleted

  • User profile information
  • Login account credentials and information
  • Customer service request data (where deletion is permitted)
  • Provider profile data (where deletion is permitted)
  • Saved platform settings and preferences
  • Device tokens used for push notifications

Data that may be retained

  • Completed transaction records
  • Payment or commission records (e.g., wallet history)
  • Fraud prevention and safety logs
  • Legal, tax, dispute, or compliance records
  • Records required to protect general platform safety

Processing Time & Validation

Upon receiving an account deletion request, Gadzira will verify account ownership before processing the deletion to ensure safety and security. Account deletion requests sent via email are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days. As outlined above, some records may be retained for regulatory compliance, legal defense, payment validation, or security reasons.
